Our Mission
Lawrence O. Picus and Associates is dedicated to designing school funding systems that link educational resources with dramatic improvements in student performance. Our work with state and local educational leaders and policy makers includes assessment of the adequacy and equity of educational resources, teacher compensation, and the design of evidence based resource allocation strategies focused on meeting or exceeding state educational standards.
